Our ultra-fast low-temperature concentration technology transforms large volumes of fresh or frozen fruits, fruit juices or purees into fruit ingredients with low residual moisture and snack products. This unique process has the advantage that we can produce different, use-dependent recipes without the addition of artificial additives or preservatives. Furthermore, the valuable components of the respective fruit ingredients – such as taste and colour – are preserved. Nearly all fruits or mixtures can be processed with up to 100% fruit content, depending on the application. This also applies to vegetable varieties and mixtures. Many of our products are suitable for adding vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, prebiotics, probiotics and dietary fibres. In this way, specific health needs as well as marketing claims can be fulfilled.
